The crystal oscillator on your board is not starting up. Check for solder issues. Have you tried on more than one board?

Hi,

We tried enabling HFXO in Custom nRF52840 Board but it's only considering the internal RC. when we tried the same in EV kit of nRF52840 it's enable properly.

I have attached the screenshot for the reference.

Yes, Crystal mounted correct direction.

Kindly let me know how to enable the HFXO.

The crystal is ok. Have you mounted the crystal the correct way?

Can you enable the HFXO and see if the blinky example still runs?

Now removed L3 also and shorted to VDD. Still device was not advertising.

I tried to vdd to vddh(with removing c15 capacitor and shorting c15) still but no advertising.

What's the specification of the 32 MHz crystal you are using?

When you supply 3.3 V to the VDD pins, you should connect VDDH to VDD. The schematic shows a capacitor in series with 3.3 V to the VDDH pin. You can remove C15 and L3 and connect VDDH to VDD instead.
