A more detailed information on what is stored inside the NVRAM (types of data and their sizes) can be found <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_tz_v4.1.0/zigbee_hw_and_mem.html?cp=7_3_3_6_1#zigbee_hw_and_mem_req">here</a>.
