Actually I am testing with my custom app. I don't know how to write requests using my custom app because I didn't find any function to do so in Android API.

Hello,

Are you testing with nRF connect or a custom app, and did you remember to enable indications first (Buttonless Secure DFU Service)? I thought the phone would default to write requests because the characteristic supports it (not write command).
