The path is set correctly if gnu_arm_embedded contain the following directories from your toolchain download: 'arm-none-eabi', 'bin', 'lib', and 'share'.

These steps are familiar, but going through them again, I downloaded this directory (zipped up for your convenience) and am trying to set it up like how the instructions have it here (https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/getting_started/toolchain_3rd_party_x_compilers.html#third-party-x-compilers), but just to make sure I have it right, I am working on a linux machine. What should I set as the below variable based upon the zip attached?

 echo $GNUARMEMB_TOOLCHAIN_PATH
/home/you/Downloads/gnu_arm_embedded

Hi,

Did you follow the 'Eclipse Debugging' guide to generate the project with cmake/West? Zephyr supports debugging in Eclipse, but you will still need to relay on cmake to develop your project.
