I see. I am not able to explain this. Can you share your code (full project) so that I can look at it? And perhaps also schematics of your custom board? Alternatively a project that reproduce this issue on a DK so that I can test on my side.

hi,

I have the relay connected on GPIO pin (0,9) and pin (0,10). On giving set and reset commands on GPIO(0,9) relay don't turn On.

Hi,

Everything looks correct for using the pins as GPIO's, and when you read FFFFFFFE from 0x1000120C that means that the pins are configured as GPIO pins. Can you elaborate on how this does not work?
