The exact length of the antenna depends a bit on the size and shape of the ground plane. So you must tune the antenna length to your design. Start with a 1/4 wave track, some 25 mm long, and trim the length to resonance.

The stackup for the PCB doesn't matter for the antenna, but the material may do. Most are using FR4, but check with your PCB supplier.

Thanks for your reply.

I know the antenna design have to depends the PCB's layer structure and materials and location . I mean that you should test the No.4 circuit PCB before you prove it to custom. The antenna design which you test the NO4 circuit PCB shoud match my requirment. Could you prove the antenna design to me?(The PCB's layer structure and materials will be same with the No.4 circuit PCB). I want test the antenna design by ADS and maybe I can use it directly into my project.

There is no antenna design included in Altium reference design. This must be added. The type and size of antenna depends on the application.
