 I&amp;#39;m testing the USBD BLE UART Example with nRF52833 DK, after programming the app, the LED3 keep it off all the time as followed. 
 In the device manager, I can see the Jlink com port only, there is no new com port come.

&lt;p&gt;Did you flash the SoftDevice onto your application as well? If not, please do so. I just tested this example (SDK v17.0.2) myself and did not have any problems when using SEGGER Embedded Studios to build and flash the application onto the nRF52833 DK. Please note that you should flash the application onto the board before you insert the second USB into your board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please also make sure that the other cable you&amp;#39;re using also has UART functionalities, and is not&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;only&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;for charging/providing power.&lt;/p&gt;
