Any 2.4Ghz "rubber ducky" should be fine. That's basically what's in the base dev kit.

Something else that causes the problem you saw was not ensuring that Keil/Jlink is set to SWD. If it hasn't autosensed properly, it can still be set to JTAG in the Programmer section of Keil.

Hi,

It seems I had a bad cable;-( After replacing the SWD cable, I was able to flash the module.

One question remains, though. I did not get an external antenna with the module. Can someone tell me what type of antenna I should buy?

Sorry, I should've indicated in my original post that I'm using the nRFgo Starter kit. I tried powering the kit both from the usb (VBUS) and with 12V external power (VSupply). There results were the same, indicating that the problem is elsewhere.

This error indicates that the J-Link can't see that your chip is powered. If you use the module without an nRFgo Starter Kit, you must make sure that you connect the power appropriately, which is easiest done as explained here.
