In fact I got the ULINK2 programming S110 and program as per answer in this thread <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/21461/programming-softdevice-with-ulink-me/">devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../</a> The problem remains of getting the programmer to run the device after programming. It&#39;s not very supported, it requires some configuration and there are things you can&#39;t do with it, like write to UICR. Better off to keep using the JLink if you can, which is what&#39;s really supported.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
