&lt;p&gt;Yes here actually the current device keeps connection to the same device, here we are not using any whitelist advertising&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What&amp;#39;s preventing a new device to connect, is it that you are using whitelist/directed advertising, or is it that the current device keeps connection to the same device?&lt;/p&gt;
