The nRF52-DK is stand-alone yes. Unfortunately there is no real use for the nRF6310 anymore.

Great, thank you! Will I just need to add the nRF52 to the nRF6310 motherboard? Or is the 6310 not useable? Is the only addition I need to buy the nRF52 DK?

Hi,

It should be on-air compatible with the nRF24L by doing this change:
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.0.2/esb_users_guide.html#esb_backwards

Though, it is not on-air compatible with 250kbps mode, only 1Mbps and 2Mbps.

Ok, will that be compatible with the nRF2427 radio module? I need to debug the nRF24LE1 for my project so I just need to make sure that if I buy the nRF52 motherboard that it will work with the nRF24LE1

The nRF52-series can also be used for non-BLE applications:

Sorry, but the nRF24-series is no longer supported for new designs.

My entire project relies on using RF not Bluetooth. We have already purchased the product so I need to continue with the 24 series. If there is any help I can get, it would be hugely appreciated. I just need to know if there is already a bootloader on the Raio Module on the motherboard and how I can download the pre-qritten codes to it. The bootloader will not download to the Radio Module when I do it in nRF Studio

The nRF24-series is not recommended for new designs:

Please use the nRF52-series, which contain a series of different variants that can be used:
