It is important to show as much of your attempts at solving the problem as you can.

For Python, always look at the last lines in the call stack to give you a hint about the problem.

Here what i found is even after installing nrfutil

Just typing nrfutil in CMD it shows me error

Normal user cannot write to c:\ per default.

Just omit the "c:\" and write in the current dir (c:\users\sunil).
