 This does not seem to work. &lt;p&gt;I checked the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://wiki.makerdiary.com/nrf52840-mdk-usb-dongle/hardware/nrf52840-mdk-usb-dongle-sch_v1_0.pdf"&gt;nRF52840 MDK USB Dongle V1.0 Schematic&lt;/a&gt;, the pin should be set to low if you want to light the LED.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also suggest you try the blinky example to confirm there is no hardware issue.&lt;/p&gt;
