Why would you need to reset the ant stack? Isn't it as simple as closing all ant channels, re-configure them, and open them again?

EDIT: After looking more closely, it looks like my device is restarting when I call the SOFTDEVICE_HANDLER_INIT again. But if I don't call it it doesn't solve my problem... So I guess my question remains - How to do this? Please advice. Thanks.
