I connected these two test point of SDA and SCL pin with arduino. In that case it's working. That's why confused whether it's an hardware issue.

You really need to see what's happening on the wires - after all, that is the only thing that the sensor sees!

There's no point poring through the software if this is a hardware issue!

As you say that the TWI Scanner doesn't even find your device - that does rather suggest that it is a hardware issue.

How about posting a schematic of your setup.

Some good, clear, in-focus photographs may also help.

Static voltage tells you nothing; you need to look at the activity on the I2C lines - that's what the oscilloscope is for.

Again, what do the oscilloscope traces (Arduino and Nordic) show you? See how they differ.

When we flash TWI scanner code from nRF SDK example voltage 3V3 appearing. But device not found. But when I flash I2C scanner code in arduino device address is showing. That's the exact problem we are facing. Sensor is uprunning but not responding to nordic example code. please help us regarding.

Post a trace ...

Compare scope traces for the working and non-working versions.

Specific requirements of the Sensor will be detailed in its datasheet.

Hi Awneil,

Yes We used 3.3V in arduino. I found no problem there. I2C line working properly after flashing code I checked voltage levels and in oscilloscope also. But we found same issue. Is there any initialization needed for this particular sensor? Please help us regarding.

nRF52832 is a 3V device - 4.7k may be a bit high for a 3V bus ?

Did you use a 3V Arduino?

What you really need to do is to look at the I2C lines with an oscilloscope (or analyser) - then you can see exactly what's happening.
