Hi Lukas,

I don't know all the details myself, but it shouldn't be necessary for you to make your own FMFU binaries.

Future releases will have a FMFU image. And for doing tests now, the two images I linked to should be enough.

Hi Didrik,

could you please tell us a method, how to put together the bin for FMFU FOTA from existing MFWs? I see there are two image segments in each MFW zip. One seems to be a bootloader and the other the firmware. The third file is the digest to check whether they are valid in flash. Would you be willing to provide us a script on how to merge these files to the compatible bin file?

You are correct.

As full modem FOTA capability didn't exist in the SDK when the past modem FW versions were released, binary files for the full modem was not included.

They will of course be included in future modem FW releases.
