In case someone else encouters this problem. What I did is first get the sourcode of the DTM, which is found <a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfconnect-dtm">here</a></p> <p>Then I adjusted the RxD, TxD, RTS, CTS pins of the source to the pins which I use on my custom board. Then I connected with wires (yes you need to solder ;)) from my custom board these pins to the pins on my devkit, which in my case is P05 to P08 on the DK52, so it has an UART connection.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
