&lt;p&gt;When you &amp;quot;unpair&amp;quot; the device from the smartphone. Have you made sure that the bonding information is erased from both the phone and the nRF?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If only one of the devices erases the information you will have trouble reconnecting or re-pairing.&lt;/p&gt;
