Alternatively, you can use the low cost IDAP-Link to flash all 3 hex without having to do all the setting and merging. It will do that automatically for you with provided flashing utility. It also does parallel flashing multiple boards at the same time. Great for production flashing.

Looks like I needed an --sd-id 0xcf in the nrfutil command, but that w/ the 10.11 Command Line Tools did the trick!

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to make a difference. Anything you can see from my script (nrfutil / mergehex) commands? Not sure if I need an sd-id or sd-req flag?

Hi,

Yes, that might be the case. Are you using mergehex from nRF Command Line Tools version 10.12?

The known bug has been fixed for version 10.13 (not yet released), and the workaround for now is to use 10.11 until the release of 10.13.

Does using version 10.11 solve the issues that you see?

Looks like it is failing inside -

nrf_bootloader_fw_activate

        case NRF_DFU_BANK_INVALID:

I'm trying to understand the check, as it appears to be deciding based on Bank 1 parameters?

p_bank    = &s_dfu_settings.bank_1

where it seems like the BL Settings (above) is only showing Bank 0 information?
