 I&amp;#39;m trying to achieve low power consumption. 
 I turn on scan using, which draws around 9.5 mA. 
 What I&amp;#39;m then trying to do is turn scanning off as shown below. 
 However I&amp;#39;m still drawing around 3.5 mA
