&lt;p&gt;You first should check the radio is in idle (disabled) state, and presuming you have a &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52833/radio.html#register.SHORTS"&gt;short enabled between ready and start&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;then you should be able to measure the time from calling TXEN and END event yes. You should call disable task between each test.&lt;/p&gt;
