They are simple devices that only advertise a pre-defined data format.</p> <p>For the time being, Apple is not enforcing non-connectable advertisements, but they might be in the future, so I would advise you to stay safe and not do this unless you are prepared to take that risk.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
