Hi,

By default, the SLM application logs over RTT.

If you go into the prj.conf and change this config to be enabled, it should give you added debug prints over SEGGER RTT viewer:

CONFIG_AT_CMD_LOG_LEVEL_DBG=y

Could you try opening a RTT session towards your board and see if this prints any more that can point us towards what might have gone wrong in this specific scenario?

Hi,

Could you share which version of NCS you're currently on?

How often do you see this issue? Does it show itself consistently after 2 minutes for instance, or does it happen randomly after x amount of hours?
