Streaming Data over BLE NUS

Streaming Data over BLE NUShttps://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/73606/streaming-data-over-ble-nusI try to send out sensor streaming data to terminal over BLE NUS. Sensor sampling rate is 100Hz and 6 bytes per sample. Is there a best option to do this if I need to send streaming data for 30 seconds? Just make sure that you queue up the data as fast as possible, until it returns that it is full.
