I am not sure if these back/forward commands are "standardized" across OS and browsers? E.g. it would not be a problem to do this by sending a "alt+left arrow" or "alt+right arrow" if you add a keyboard hid descriptor, but not sure of other ways this could be done.

Yeah. I mean, how do I send that in the Nordic example?

I think the HID is the same whether it's transported over USB or BLE ?

But the question remains the same:

is it the general question - "what do I need to send"
or is it "how do I send that in the Nordic example"?

We are using the ble_app_hid_mouse and not the USB_HID. The SDK have proivded the example of media, and I want to know how to achieve other features I said before.

Are you asking how this is done generically within the standard USB HID profile (not Nordic specific)?

Or do you know the "standard", are you're just asking how to implement that on a Nordic device?
