TIFS=150us is specified by the Bluetooth SIG:

So it's not possible to change this when using BLE protocol. TIFS can't be shorter than radio turnaround itime (time needed to switch off the receiver, and switch back on the transmitter) otherwise it's not possible to switch.

Perhaps you are inquiring about the "delay time" of a packet? The time a signal takes to propagate between two devices a few meters apart you should add and extra delay when listening for the packet (e.g. T_IFS + 2us) after the time the packet would have been transmitted.

See more info about this in the Bluetooth core specification:

Best regards,

Interframe spacing is the time interval between two consecutive packets.

spec define TIFS = 150us, and from this page, it says ,it can not be shorter than the RADIO’s turn-around time,

how we can get RADIO’s turn-around time?

RE: the time between TX and RX

Hi,

You can use interface spacing to find out the time interval between 2 consecutive packets: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1%2Fradio.html&cp=4_2_0_22_10&anchor=ifs
