 i am using nrf52840, SDK16.0, a project build on the peripheral app_ble_blinky example 
 
 i am trying to use QSPI but the write function falls on error no 16 - NRFX_ERROR_INVALID_ADDR 
 
 while debugging i say something strange:

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m quite sure that the function fails on nrfx_is_word_aligned(), and not on nrfx_is_in_ram(), the hovering information from the debugger is not always correct. As you can see from your first screenshot, the address ends with 1, which is not word-aligned (should end with 0, 4, 8, or C). You should add an ALIGN keyword, for instance as described in &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/45687/qspi-clock-cycles-shifted/181829#181829"&gt;this post&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
