 I took ble_app_uart example, and then modified it to run I2C, SPI. everything is working fine

&lt;p&gt;Make sure to fully power cycle the board, in case there are external IC that are not reset when for instance the nRF52832 reset, this may cause problems. Also, you can try to make a delay in the start of main() of for instance 100ms, to ensure that all external IC have stabilized before you start configure them. If you have any serial interfaces (e.g. uart RX) then you may consider adding pull-up resistors to them.&lt;/p&gt;
