&lt;p&gt;Which Segger Jlink driver do you have ?
I assume that you have your own custom board, not our development kit ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you try to use our nrfjprog.exe program (located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\nrf51\bin) to program the chip ?
