Hi Carl,

Hmm, no instructions with this download. Also people won't find it easy to install OSX command line tools as the package isn't signed by a registered developer.

The 2 commands both seem to do the same thing.

It's a part of the nRF Command Line Tools package, that can be downloaded from here. My apologies for the unclear instructions..

The problem is likely not with the kit, however the readback protection may be enabled by default. It should be handled by the nRF Connect programmer app and I will forward an inquiry ti the developers about that.

Hi Carl,

What steps do I follow to get the nrfjprog command line tool? This hasn't been included so far in the workflow I'm following. I have just installed the nrf connect desktop application.

It seems unlikely this is a problem with the dev kit? I just took it out of the box.

Hello!

This may be caused by readback protection enabled on the nRF5340 device. Before trying again, please open the command line and call the following commands:

nrfjprog --recover --coprocessor CP_NETWORK
nrfjprog --recover

This disables the readback protection, as described in the Working with nRF53 Series documentation.
