hello, did anyone here ever improve or fix this by any chance? we are experincing this issue and it's very crippling for the whole project. especially iphone 6, but sometimes iphone x also. any tips or ideas would be tremendously appreciated.

I have the same problem on my product with iPhone 5 and MCP App. Working fine with Android and MCP. I tried to change the configuration to LFCLKSRC_XTAL_250_PPM but that didn't fix this issue. Don't know what to do... Any other idea?

Interference with WiFi : could be a clue. Try to disable WiFi adapter to check if problem still occurrs stackoverflow.com/.../corebluetooth-and-wifi-interference

Is this problem only for iPhone 6? Similar problems seem to occurred on iPhone 5S.

iPhone 6 does not follow the proper timing for BLE. As a result it provides a buggy Connection which can drop. This is a known HW issue internally at Apple, but they have not publicly acknowledged it yet. Your best solution is to decrease the accuracy of your LFCLK to the max
