Well 12k is placed in datasheet. But from some reason it is not soldered on PCA10001 and working without problem. I first placed serial resistor and got device working on low freq 10kHz. After shortening lines it goes up to 50kHz And by adding 12k on SWDCK it goes to 2MHz :). Maybe I could skip first 2 steps...

Hi. As some people have already asked:

Can you share a diagram of your J-Link <-> PCB connections?
And what sort of J-Link are you using to program you PCB and nRF51 DK?

In addition:

Have you installed the latest Segger drivers?
Are you able to see your device in nRFgo Studio?

And btw, why are you using PCA10001 examples? To ensure proper functionality you should use SDK 6.1.0 or greater and SD 7.1.0 or greater.

You can see picture in previous comment. Device is recognized in jlink software but there is nothing in keil. I use Nordic PCA10001 code examples. When I use that PCB device is easy recognized. Is it possible that because of that code my PCB cant be recognized...

true but wrong :) Device is only not visible in keil. It is visible by jtag. I cant place picture here and that is very anoying!!! How to place picture in comment?

Keil show the SN of the link means that it is able to communicate with jlink. IDCODE not shown is because JLink can't talk to your board.

Problem solved, I placed 100 ohm resistor serial and 12k to ground. I shortened lines 2 times and now all working. Thank you all!

Are you saying there is an onboard segger device? Have you tried doing an erase before programming? What is this IDCODE exactly?

To be honnest, my PCB is working. It was sent to me by some guy in France. But I cant get him any more. Blinky code is on that PCB and it is working, but connected on jlink chip IDCODE cant be recognized by SWD. Is ther possibility that device is somehove "locked". I saw lock for read and download but lock for ID I never saw... And voltage is 3.3V

Can you post the schematic for your programming connections? Is the external board powered? What voltage? The jlink lite has some minimum target power required, can't remember exact numbers...
