&lt;p&gt;Could you ensure that you are in PSM or eDRX while enabling/querying NCELLMEAS, and let it run for a while?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some networks might support providing neighboring cells in connected mode, but we only do the measurement while we&amp;#39;re in a power saving mode (PSM or eDRX).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Do note that this AT command gives you the physical cell id, which is different from the one that you&amp;#39;re trying to use for location:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We do not currently have any way to fetch the cell id of neighboring cells. If you contact your local regional sales manager (RSM for short), they might have additional information if this is a scenario that we plan to support in the future.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you do not know the details of your RSM, please send me a direct message with your location and I&amp;#39;ll provide the contact information.&lt;/p&gt;
