&lt;p&gt;Please try the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Put the dongle into DFU mode by pressing the reset button while the USB connected. The red LED should start to blink when it&amp;#39;s in DFU mode.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. Open the Bluetooth Low Energy app in nRF connect for desktop, select the Dongle from the dropdown, then click &amp;quot;Yes&amp;quot; when prompted to program the device.&lt;/p&gt;
