Hello, thanks for providing that information. You can use the ram_report function found under Optimization Tools in Zephyr. This will list all compiled objects and their RAM usage in a tabular form with bytes per symbol and the percentage it uses.

Note that I was not able to use it on my computer, but please test on your side.
