Hello everyone again, after long research and exchange of information with the employees of the distrubutor company in Turkey, I learned that the MDBT42Q-ATM module is actually programmed only with AT commands. As a result, I bought the MDBT42Q-512KV2 module that I will Program with Segger. I finally programmed it with Segger. Below, I will share the circuit diagram necessary to program this module with NRF52-DK.

So have you been to the Raycom website, and found the page with all the supporting information for that product? And the Raycom Support contact details?

How can you intend to use any chip if you don't have the manufacturer's documentation for it?

You haven't even said who the manufacturer is yet.

they are for a different manufacturer but, as noted, pretty much all manufacturers have basically the same idea ...

The MDBT42Q documentation should tell you how to program it - either via a bootloader, or using the SWD. If that's unclear, you need to contact the manufacturer for support.
