I'm following the instructions presented here: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.sdk%2Fdita%2Fsdk%2Fnrf5_sdk.html
I have downloaded and installed the SDK

RE: Having problems setting up SEGGER Embedded Studio

I think I found the solution over on SEGGER's forum: https://forum.segger.com/index.php/Thread/6777-SOLVED-Can-not-activate-Segger-Embedded-Studio-permanently/

It appears that the Nordic license key is only valid for Nordic projects and the default "Hello" project is not for Nordic, but for some simulation device. When I loaded a project from the nRF52 SDK (Blinkies), the menus and the license manager both changed.

This is a bit confusing for a new user. Please consider updating your getting-started documentation accordingly.
