Hi,

The board advertises as "nRF52_SDP31_BLE DFU" when I program your merged hex, so it seems to be working OK. Did you press the "erase & write" button after you had imported the sd_app_boot_setting_complete.hex file?

Hi, Vidar. Thanks for your help. Here are 4 original files and the final merged file.
1) s132_nrf52_7.2.0_softdevice.hex

2) ble_app_uart_pca10040_s132.hex (My own application's output hex file )

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ble_5F00_app_5F00_uart_5F00_pca10040_5F00_s132.hex
3) bootloader_setting.hex

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../4064.bootloader_5F00_setting.hex
4) secure_bootloader_ble_s132_pca10040.hex (Provided application "secure_bootloader" output hex file )

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../3301.secure_5F00_bootloader_5F00_ble_5F00_s132_5F00_pca10040.hex

5) Final merged file

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../sd_5F00_app_5F00_boot_5F00_setting_5F00_complete.hex

I guess we need to use "sd_s132_bootloader_buttonless_with_setting_page_dfu_secure_ble_debug_without_bonds.hex" file? But when I merge this file (instead of using "secure_bootloader_ble_s132_pca10040.hex" file), the error shows that:

Overlapping segments detected at address 0.ERROR: The hex files cannot be merged since there are conflicts.

It looks like you have done everything correctly. Are you able to share the merged hex file so I can try to run it on a DK board here?
