&lt;p&gt;Which registers that must be written to in order to enable and disable various radio features are described in chapter 17 of the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/nordic/download_resource/20337/12/62207264"&gt;reference manual&lt;/a&gt;. The link Torsten provided will likely be helpful in understanding how to use the information in the reference manual.&lt;/p&gt;
