I don't think we have an example with this profile currently in the making. However, since S110, S120 and S130 implement generic GATT server, you can implement any service you like in your application on top of that. From the service specification for the CGMS you can add the service and any characteristics to the profile in your application in a similar way as e.g. the heart rate service or battery service are added to the heart rate example in the nRF51 SDK
