If there is an address programmed to the UICR, then the application should call the <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.s112.api.v7.2.0/group___b_l_e___g_a_p___f_u_n_c_t_i_o_n_s.html#gaef69dc212534adf4b78d211edce2267b">sd_ble_gap_addr_set()</a> before starting to advertise or scan.
