I'm working on a BLE application using an nRF52840 that communicates via an Aruba Networks wireless network. Specifically I'm using an Aruba 9000 series controller and AP-515 access points that support blue tooth.

The nRF chips we deliver do not contain any firmware from factory, I can't find any example we provide that give the data you display exactly, but it may look like a modified beacon example:
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.0.2/ble_sdk_app_beacon.html

Though the beacon example do not provide any local name, the ibeacon specification from apple does not mention any local name:
https://developer.apple.com/ibeacon/ (Download Artwork and Specifications from that page)

So the local name must be a modification of some sort.
