We provide many BLE peripheral examples in our nRF5 SDK:

The nRF chips we deliver do not contain any firmware from factory, I can't find any example we provide that give the data you display exactly, but it may look like a modified beacon example:

Though the beacon example do not provide any local name, the ibeacon specification from apple does not mention any local name:

So the local name must be a modification of some sort.
