Hi,

I recommend using nRF Sniffer to debug this, by looking at the sniffer log you should be able to tell what's limiting the throughput: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Sniffer-for-Bluetooth-LE
