 I looked at the \nRF5_SDK_17.0.0_9d13099\examples\crypto\nrf_crypto\hmac 
 It has been written for nrf52832. My product uses nrf52810. 
 After some experimentation, I was able to get it working on nrf52810.

&lt;p&gt;Not sure what are factors you consider/compare. You can run&amp;nbsp;&lt;a title="HMAC Example" href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.0.2/nrf_crypto_hmac_example.html?cp=7_1_4_3_0_9"&gt;HMAC Example&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;with these two&amp;nbsp;backends and compare them.&lt;/p&gt;
