I have checked this internally, the difference between these two chips is that they are packaged two different places. If you have noticed any performance issues with the chip, please comment.

The Package marking of the PIN #1 ID is obliqued is 1447IF. The Package marking of the PIN #1 ID is circular is 0830AD. The Distributor tell me , the one on the left was manufactured In the Philippines. If the chip on the left was manufactured by nordic , I hope the official can give out a Formal documentation.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. According to the datasheet, the one on the right should be correct. If you can post the topside of the chips as well(zoomed in so that the numbers are visible), I will be able to do some more research for you.

Hi,Øyvind I think you do not konw my means.

I bought some chips recently,but I find the shape of the PIN #1 ID is different from the datasheet Page 72. It is oblique ,not Circular. So I think the chip I bought is fake.

Now,I want to know Is there a oblique pad.

You can see how it's done in the gerber files for the evaluation kit here, particularly the top layer should be of interest. Hopefully this answers you question.
