Not sure how much you know about the BLE. I would suggest you take a look at our Bluetooth low energy tutorials.

If you have further questions regarding the ble stack, please create a new support case. This is away from the original scope.

After downloading the memory map in right is shown by reading it

nRF5 SDK v16.0.0

Phone is Android

The Hex file is from same folder.

What is the SDK version you are using?

What is the phone OS, Android, or iOS?

Are you able to provide the log of the nRF Connect mobile app after you run into the issue?

You could double-check the hrs_application_s140 is from the same SDK version/folder as the sd_s140_bootloader_buttonless_with_setting_page_dfu_secure_ble_debug_without_bonds.hex.
