&lt;p&gt;If you want better performance in the 433MHz band the nRF905 chip is the only option we currently have.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, depending on your application, the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-Smart-Bluetooth-low-energy/nRF51822"&gt;nRF51&lt;/a&gt; series might fit your requirements. It also offers a much more compact and energy efficient solution.&lt;/p&gt;
