Can you post a nRF Sniffer trace of the iOS and Android connections additionally mention the clock accuracy of the 32KHz clock source you are using on the custom board. I suspect the sleep clock accuracy of the system which is a combination of the accuracy of the 32KHz clock source on your board and the master sleep clock accuracy (which will be present in the CONNECTION REQ packet).

Hi,

If iOS disconnected deliberately, you should get disconnect reason 0x13 (BLE_HCI_REMOTE_USER_TERMINATED_CONNECTION) instead of 0x8 (BLE_HCI_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT). So it looks like something unexpected happened. Which connection parameters are used here? Can you make a sniffer trace of the time of disconnect?
