I did not find any clue from your current sharing.</p> <p>I assume that you are following guidance from <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_sniffer_ble/UG/sniffer_ble/installing_sniffer.html">this page</a>. Did anything wrong&nbsp;happen during your installation process?</p> <p>The issues could be either the nRF52840 Dongle running a wrong firmware or you did not set up Wireshark properly.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Have you tried to run the sniffer before?
