I am not aware of any issues other then if you do not connect it correctly regardless of debugger type.

In debug mode all clocks and regulator are enabled. So that that can explain why it works with the debugger connected and not when you remove the debugger.

It still works after 2 hours.

It is custom board. Jlink debugger was used. And Board was power by USB when both connected and detached debugger.

Fortunately problem is fixed by below.

Does it stop working after 2 hours when connected?

Is it a custom board?

How have you connected the debugger?

What powers the board? (when no debugger is connected)
